Welcome to the Tennyson Middle School Library !
Our library has recently been renovated and we have thousands of new books for you to read. We have genrefied our fiction collection--it is set up by genres, like a bookstore. This system makes it easier for our students to find new books to read and love. Our non-fiction collection remains shelved using the Dewey Decimal System. In addition to our physical collection of books, we have added thousands of ebooks and audio books for our students to enjoy. These books are available using the Sora App, accessed through Clever.
We are open during school hours. Students are also able to stop in and check out books after 8am every day and until 5pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Our library hosts the STEM Club that meets on Tuesdays from 4:15-5p and three different Book Clubs-- during lunch on Thursdays.
