Dear Tennyson Families,

With the passage of recent legislation, the state of Texas now requires a parent/guardian's written permission in order for students to participate in clubs. 

We are excited to offer a wide variety of student clubs this year at Tennyson Middle School! These clubs provide a valuable opportunity for students to explore their interests, build leadership skills, and connect with others on campus.    In order to simplify this process, we have created a digital form.  Please check the box next to each club your child is interested in joining–or select all clubs to give them the option of trying all of them out. Sponsors will contact students with additional details once meetings begin. Please note, there may be changes to club offerings, as we base them on student interest and faculty availability. As usual we will post the club schedule to our website after the dates are set for the year.   Please understand that club participation may involve after-school activities and that transportation is not provided by the school.

Please return this form by September 1, 2025, if you want your child to participate in clubs. Our clubs will start meeting on Tuesday, September 2nd.  We need your permission for your students to participate. Thank you for supporting your student’s growth, creativity, and involvement at Tennyson!
